Electric bus standard                                                                                           

• On 28 main high frequency bus lines. Remaining 2 main bus lines by 2028.

• On all council supported bus services, including park and ride.

• 250 electric buses by Mar 2027, charging from 5 operator depots

• All with hearing loops accessibility

• Includes buggy or extra wheelchair space

• Includes ‘next bus’ audio and screen announcements

Electric bus stop standard

• 750 stop totems with real time information displays – all boarding stops

• 750 totems with text-to-speech facility for those with sight difficulties.

• Large format electronic information displays at all interchanges
