  • In top 10 UK for bus service reliability with 91.6% on time.

  • First of the 10 core English cities to have fully electric bus fleet by 2027.

  • Only UK City to have multi-operator contactless capping with graduated fare scales.

Network Integration Through Partnership

Significantly, we’ve now reached a unique milestone.

Full network integration through partnership working not franchising:

  • Integrated timetables on shared corridors

  • Primary network frequency standard fully met

  • Four set change dates a year and unique route numbering

  • Single fare structure with no penalty for interchange – adults, children, students

  • Common ticketing system with ‘tap on tap off’ contactless capping

  • Single brand across all stops, stations and buses

  • Single marketing plan

  • Single printed and electronic information system
